Sub: Intimation on the Outcome of meeting of the Rights Issue Committee under Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Further to our intimation dated 25[th] January, 2024 regarding approval of the Board of Directors of the Company for Refile the Draft Letter of offer for issuance of Equity Shares of the Company for an amount not exceeding Rs 49.50 Cr , by way of Rights Issue to the eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and other applicable laws, we are pleased to inform you that the Rights Issue Committee of the Board at their meeting held on 30[th] January, 2024 has approved the revised Draft Letter of offer ( “DLOF” ) in relation to the aforesaid Rights Issue. The DLOF is being filed by the Company with BSE Limited for seeking in principle approval for the proposed Rights Issue offering.
