Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034 to inter alia transact the following business:

1. To Consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended 31[st] December, 2022 and to take on record Limited Review Report thereon.

Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 1[st] January 2023 to 16th February 2023 (both days inclusive), for the designated persons of the Company as per the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
