In terms of Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Wednesday the 26[th] day of April 2023, inter-alia, to consider and evaluate the proposals for fund raising by way of issue of equity shares / warrants/ any other securities, including through preferential issue on a private placement basis, rights issue or any other methods or combination thereof, subject to approval of shareholders and sanctions/approvals from the other regulatory/ governmental authorities, as may be required.

Further, we wish to inform you that the Company proposes to seek Members’ approval for the said proposal in due course by way of Postal Ballot/ Extraordinary General Meeting.
