Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On February 27, 2017, VSE Corporation issued a press release reporting its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2016. The "Non-GAAP Financial Information (unaudited)" table in the press release published on February 27, 2017, included typographical and formatting errors, namely the impact of "Earn-Out Adjustments" in 2015 was improperly classified as an expense. The corrected press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference.
