Item 5.02 (b) Admiral John C. Harvey, Jr. USN, (Ret) (having served as the 31st Commander of the U.S. Fleet Forces Command) submitted on August 2, 2017 his resignation as a director of VSE Corporation, effective as of October 1, 2017. Admiral Harvey has accepted a full time leadership position with the Institute of Defense Analyses in Alexandria, Virginia. Admiral Harvey has served as a director of VSE Corporation since 2014.
