Notice of Annual General Meeting

VSA Capital Group plc (Aquis: VSA), the international investment banking and broking firm is pleased to announce that its notice of the annual general meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders or sent electronically following their previously selected communication preference and is available on the Company's website at www.vsacapital.com/investor-relations/.

The Company's AGM will be held at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, 15 September 2022 at Park House, 16-18 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7EB.

The Board understands that the AGM also serves as a forum for shareholders to raise questions and comments. The Directors would be delighted to address any queries prior to the AGM from shareholders not wishing to attend in person, including any which shareholders wish to raise prior to submitting proxy votes for the AGM. Therefore, if shareholders do have any questions or comments relating to the business of the meeting that they would like to ask the Board, they are asked to submit those questions in writing via email to [email protected] by no later than 9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, 14 September 2022.
