The Remuneration Committee has approved the granting by the Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to each of the following directors:  JFG Pilkington 82,996 notional shares, NA Stothard - 71,894 shares and AC Bielby - 54,978 shares.

The awards will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2026.
