Augsburg, October 8, 2025 – voxeljet AG announces that yesterday the Regional Court of Munich I dismissed the immediate appeal filed against the plan confirmation decision of the Local Court of Munich. As a result, voxeljet AG’s StaRUG plan is legally binding.
As already communicated, the Local Court of Munich had confirmed the StaRUG plan on July 3, 2025, following the approval of the StaRUG plan by the majority of the voting groups in the discussion and voting meeting ( Erörterungs- und Abstimmungstermin ) that took place on the same day.
As also previously communicated – for the first time on April 30, 2025 – the plan provides for, among other things, a simplified reduction of the share capital of voxeljet AG to zero euros as part of the capital measures. This will lead to the exit of the existing shareholders. With the implementation of the further capital measures of the StaRUG plan, voxeljet AG will receive new liquidity from a capital increase with exclusion of subscription rights amounting to EUR 2,500,000. In addition, voxeljet AG will, among other things, be relieved of financial liabilities totalling EUR 3,500,000.
Now that the plan has become legally binding, the implementation of the plan will happen soon.
