Scanship Holding ASA – Mandatory Notification of Trade

As consequence of Mr John Morten Bjerkan leaving Reiten & Co AS as an owner and partner, Ingerø Reiten Investment Company AS, the largest shareholder and primary insider in Scanship Holding ASA, has transferred 1,280,000 shares at a price of NOK 16.70 per share, to Simbas Investment Company AS. Simbas Investment Company is owned 100% by Mr Bjerkan and did not hold any shares in Scanship Holding ASA prior to this. After this transaction, Ingerø Reiten Investment Company AS owns 30,220,000 shares in the Company, thereby reducing their shareholding from 32.8% to 31.4%. Simbas Investment Company AS has entered into a lockup agreement with Ingerø Reiten Investment Company AS for all shares until 27. December 2019.
