according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Werdohl, Germany, have exceeded the
3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 27, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 5.000011% (this corresponds to 666266 Voting Rights).
