On November 05, 2014, Ms Annette Oesterlee, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Werdohl, Germany, have fallen below
the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 1.89% (this corresponds to
252141 Voting Rights).
1.23% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 164350 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Ms Oesterlee in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
164350 of these Voting Rights are attributed to Ms Annette Oesterlee as
member of the community of heirs of Reinhild Vossloh.
