On November 25, 2014, Ms Christine Piekenbrock-Oesterlee, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
her Voting Rights on Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Werdohl, Germany, have
fallen below the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on November 29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 0.06% (this
corresponds to 7582 Voting Rights).
