The Supervisory Board as well as CEO Werner Andree and COO Dr.-Ing. Norbert
Schiedeck today mutually agreed that these Executive Board members will
step down as of March 31, 2014. Mr. Andree will continue to serve the
Company as consultant until December 31, 2014, in order to familiarize the
new Executive Board members with their duties and assist in an orderly
handover of functions.

As successors, Vossloh AG's Supervisory Board has appointed Dipl.-Ing. (FH)
Dr. h.c. Hans M. Schabert as CEO as of April 1, 2014, Dipl.-Betriebswirt
(FH) Oliver Schuster as of March 1, 2014, and Dipl.-Ing. Volker Schenk as
of May 1, 2014, as further Board members. The resolutions to this effect
were adopted at the September 9, November 25 and 28, 2013, meetings.
