VONPENDE HOLDINGS P.L.C., upon completion of this purchase, becomes the owner of all the shares of ELBRIDGE INVESTMENTS LIMITED.

The acquisition of the share capital of ELBRIDGE INVESTMENTS LIMITED by VONPENDE HOLDINGS P.L.C. is part of its strategy for the development of its business operations in the fields in which it operates.
