ACQUISITION OF COMPANY ELBRIDGE INVESTMENTS LIMITED
The Company announces the completion of the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares of EUR 1,00 each representing 100% of the issued share capital of Elbridge Investments Limited, a Cypriot company whose bonds are listed and traded in the Cyprus Stock Exchange, Emerging Companies Market.
The acquisition of the shares of Elbridge Investments Limited materializes the Company's business plan and it is within the strategic framework for the enhancement of its business operations.
