ACQUISITION OF COMPANY ELBRIDGE INVESTMENTS LIMITED

The Company announces the completion of the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares of EUR 1,00 each representing 100% of the issued share capital of Elbridge Investments Limited, a Cypriot company whose bonds are listed and traded in the Cyprus Stock Exchange, Emerging Companies Market.
