Volvere announces that is has today posted to shareholders its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 and notice of the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 27 June 2013 at the offices of Squire Sanders (UK) LLP, 7 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YH.
