Volution Group plc ("the Company" or "Volution", LSE: FAN) announces that is has been notified by Ronnie George and Lynsey George that they have sold a total of 2,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £5.60 per share. The shares sold represent approximately 1.16% of the Company's issued share capital. Lynsey George is the wife of, and therefore a person closely associated with, Ronnie George.

The sale has been aimed at achieving greater portfolio diversification on the part of Ronnie George. Ronnie George last sold shares in Volution in January 2020.

Ronnie George remains fully committed to Volution in his role as Chief Executive Officer and he and Lynsey George will continue to have an interest of 1,735,514 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.88% of the Company's issued share capital and comprising issued shares, unexercised but vested LTIP options, and deferred bonus shares.

The Company was not a party to the sale and will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
