Director Shareholding - transfer to spouse & nominee account

Volution Group plc (the "Company", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, announces that on 23 January 2019 it received notification that Ronnie George, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 2,800,000 of his ordinary shares in the Company to his spouse, to be held in a nominee account at Hargreave Hale Limited and transferred 2,822,833 of his ordinary shares in the Company which were held in paper form, to his existing nominee account at Hargreave Hale Limited.

Following this notification, the total share interests of Ronnie George (and his Closely Associated Persons) remain unchanged at 5,642,797 ordinary shares, which represents 2.84% of the Company's voting capital.
