Volution Group plc (LSE: FAN), announces today that on 18 July 2014 it received notification that Mr. Anthony Reading MBE, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,817 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 138.25 pence per share on 18 July 2014.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Anthony Reading MBE holds 33,000 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights in Volution, which represents 0.02% of Volution's issued share capital.
