Volue - Share capital increase registered

Oslo, 3 January 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Volue ASA (the "Company") on 10 November 2021 regarding the resolved share capital increase of NOK 34,236.40 through the issuance of 85,591 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.40. The share capital increase has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. As previously announced, the new shares will be issued to the sellers of ProCom GmbH as part of the consideration for the Company's acquisition of ProCom GmbH.

Following the registration of the share capital increase, the share capital of the Company is NOK 57,547,885.60 divided into 143,869,714 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.40.
