Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Volue AS (the "Company") on 28 October 2020 regarding the result of the offer to minority shareholders in the Company's subsidiaries Powel AS, Wattsight AS, Markedskraft AS and Scanmatic AS. 

As part of the settlement of the offer, the Company's board of directors resolved on 29 October 2020 to issue 288,385 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 31 per share to the minority shareholders who accepted to settle the acquisition of their shares in the subsidiaries in shares in the Company. The issuance of the new shares was resolved by the board of directors pursuant to an authorization issued by an extraordinary general meeting in the Company on 15 September 2020. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 28 October 2020 regarding the primary insiders of the Company who acquired shares in the Company as a result of having accepted the offer. 

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration of the share capital increase, the Company has a share capital of NOK 57,093,925.60 divided on 142,734,814 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.40.
