Please find attached notifications from primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders of Volue ASA in relation to the distribution by Arendals Fossekompani ASA of a dividend-in-kind consisting of shares in Volue ASA.

The following primary insiders will own shares in Volue ASA as a result from distribution.

Ingunn Ettestøl, Board Member, through full own company Etcona AS recive 1500 shares in Volue ASA. Following this, Ingunn Ettestøl personally and through fully controlled company, will own a total of 6187 shares in Volue.
