Volue – Arendals Fossekompani nominates Benjamin Golding as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Volue

Oslo, April 20, 2023: Reference is made to the notice of ordinary general meeting at Volue ASA (OSE: VOLUE), published March 31, 2023.

The timing of Benjamin Golding assuming the position as CEO of Arendals Fossekompani has been clarified since the notice was given for the general meeting at Volue. As the commencement date for Mr Golding now has been set, Ørjan Svanevik, the former CEO of Arendals Fossekompani and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Volue, has asked the company to submit an alternative proposal at the general meeting. Consequently, Arendals Fossekompani will nominate Benjamin Golding as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Volue.

The nomination has no impact on the agenda of the general meeting and attached to this notice are amended voting forms including Benjamin Golding’s name in section 4 of the agenda.
