  • Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Company has received an Order from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Mumbai, Maharashtra demanding tax of Rs. 1.41 crores, interest of Rs.1.53 crores and penalty of Rs.0.14 crore under Section 73 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 for mismatch in input tax credit availed and reflected in Form GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B for the financial year 2018-19. The Company is in the process of filing an appeal against the said Order. There is no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company due to this penalty.

The information as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/ 2023/ 123 dated 13th July 2023 is enclosed in the Annexure.
