Dear Sirs,

We refer to our letter dated 23[rd ] February, 2024 pursuant to which we had informed that by an order dated 22[nd] February, 2024, the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Cuttack - I City Circle, Odisha, had levied a demand of Rs.4,41,49,977/- (including interest) with respect to disallowance of Input Tax Credit (ITC) and imposed a penalty of Rs.29,23,999/-, under the provisions of Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. An appeal against the above Order was filed before the Appellate Authority, Commissionerate of CT and GST(Appeal), Odisha (at Cuttack).

Pursuant to Order passed by the Appellate Authority on 30[th] October, 2024, the Company’s appeal has been allowed and the entire demand (including penalty) has been dropped.
