In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench has by its Order pronounced on 11[th] September, 2020 sanctioned the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Universal Comfort Products Limited with Voltas Limited. Certified copy of the Order from the NCLT, Mumbai for the same is awaited.
