Brief Profile	Mr. Jayesh Tulsidas Merchant is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Commerce graduate and LL.B. from Mumbai University. Mr. Jayesh Merchant has a strong professional track record of around 39 years and has held several responsible positions in various reputed companies viz. Asian Paints, UTV Software Communications, ION Exchange India and Castrol. Mr. Jayesh retired from Asian Paints Limited in November 2019 as the CFO & Company Secretary and also as President – Industrial JVs, after serving a long tenure of 17 years. Mr. Jayesh Tulsidas Merchant is an Independent Director of few other companies, including Trent Limited, Kotak Mahindra Trustee Limited, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited and Chairman/ Member of various Board Committees of companies inwhich he is a Director.
4.	Disclosure of relationships between Directors	Mr. Jayesh Tulsidas Merchant is not related to any of the Directors of theCompany.
