Mr. Jayesh retired from Asian PaintsLimited in November 2019 as the CFO &Company Secretary and also as President –Industrial JVs, after serving a long tenure of 17years. Mr. Jayesh Tulsidas Merchant is anIndependent Director of few other companies,including Trent Limited, Kotak Mahindra TrusteeLimited, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited andChairman/ Member of various Board Committeesof companies inwhich he is a Director.
