J.	Brief Profile	Mr. Saurabh Agrawal is a Whole-time Director and Group Chief Financia l Officer of Tala Sons, the Promoter company. Mr. Saurabh Agrawal joined Tata Sons in June 20 17 from Aditya Btrla Group, where he was the head of strategy. In his career spanning over two decades, Me. Saurabh Agrawal was the head of investment banking in India fo r Bank of America Merrill Lynch and also head of corporate India and South Asia fi nance business on Standard fo' Chanered Bank. Me. Saurabh Agrawal has wide-rangi ng experience in strategy and capital markets and has helped various large Indian and global corporates raise over US\$ I 0 bi llion from the capital markets. In his advisory capac ity, Mr. Saurabh Agrawal has advised several business gro ups like Tatas. AV Btrla. GMR, IClCL Bhani. DLF, etc. Mr. Saurabh Agrawal has a graduate degree in Chemical has a post-graduate Roorkee and Engineering from liT Management degree from 11 M Kolkata.
