Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Mr. Anil George [DIN: 00590939] has ceased to be the Deputy Managing Director of the Company upon completion of his term on 31[st] August, 2020. However, he would continue as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Mr. Anil George was appointed as an Executive Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from 1[st] September, 2017 and thereafter, as the Deputy Managing Director with effect from 10[th] February, 2018 for the remainder period of his contract upto 31[st] August, 2020. His appointment was approved by the Shareholders at the 64[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27[th] August, 2018. Mr. Anil George was also appointed as the CFO with effect from 1[st] July, 2019.
