ISSUE OF SHARES Appendix 3B – application for listing of shares

The Company wishes to advise that 150,000 Ordinary Shares have been issued to Smartequity EIS Pty Ltd as trustee for the Incremental Oil and Gas Employee Share Trust for the benefit of company executives in line with 2015 performance.

The price of the shares being issued are as follows:

150,000 ordinary shares issued at 4.5 cents per share

Attached is an Appendix 3B which provides details of the issue and seeks for the new securities which are to be listed as ordinary fully paid shares.

Quotation agreement
