DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

Eon NRG Limited (“ Eon ” or the “ Company ”) wishes to advise that Gerry McGann has retired his position from the Board as Technical Director. Gerry was a founding Director of the Company and served as Managing Director from 2009 to July 2014 and has continued on as a non-executive director since then.

“ We are grateful to Gerry for his service to the Company. He was a founder of the Company twelve years ago and served as Executive Director as we developed projects in California and Colorado. For the past eight years he has served as Technical Director. Gerry’s extensive geological background in the petroleum industry proved invaluable in providing technical review and evaluation of our projects and potential prospects. ” said Matt McCann, Chairman.
