INCREMENTAL PROMOTES JOHN WHISLER TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

USA oil and gas producer Incremental Oil and Gas Limited (“Incremental”) is pleased to announce that it has promoted John Whisler to the position of Managing Director, with effect from 14 October 2014.

Mr Whisler was formerly President of Incremental’s US operations and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the leadership of the company. Prior to Incremental, Mr Whisler was CEO of Delek (USA) where he built a US$170m company from a small capital base in 3 years. These skills are complemented by extensive experience in rejuvenating mature oilfields which is the core of Incremental’s business.

Mr Whisler’s appointment follows the decision of Managing Director, Gerry McGann, to move to the role of non-executive Technical Director. Gerry will remain a key member of the Incremental Board. He has spent 10 years as Managing Director of Incremental and the predecessor company, Incremental Petroleum Ltd. The Board and management express their thanks to Gerry for his drive and ambition and look forward to his ongoing input as the company develops into its next phase of acquisition led growth in oil production and profitability.
