CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Incremental Oil and Gas Ltd (“the Company” or “IOG”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Adams as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer effective 18 May 2012.

Simon has more than 20 years of experience in various corporate and finance roles in public companies, both listed and unlisted. His previous position was CEO of Atlas South Sea Pearl Ltd, an international pearl production and distribution company. He holds both a Bachelor of Business and Masters of Accounting degrees and is a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Mr Adams replaces both Jonathan Asquith as Chief Financial Officer and Ms Susan Hunter as Company Secretary. The recent Florence acquisition has lead the Board to make the CFO/Company Secretarial role a full time position. The Board sincerely thanks Mr Asquith for his insightful financial management since the Company was founded and Ms Hunter for her contribution to the Company’s corporate compliance since its IPO.
