Wikileaf Appoints Hinz to Board of Directors

SEATTLE, June 23, 2020 – Wikileaf Technologies Inc (CSE:WIKI) announced that Mr. Murray Hinz has been appointed to the Wikileaf board of directors.

Mr. Hinz is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience as a senior financial executive and consultant working with small and large, private and public companies in Canada, United States, South America, Caribbean and the United Kingdom. Previously Mr. Hinz was CFO and Executive VP of an oil and gas drilling company, where during his tenure he oversaw the company’s exponential growth from 1 to over 1,000 employees serving customers in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hinz was employed by PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Canada, as well as Deloitte in the Caribbean providing business and financial advisory services including valuation, restructuring, liquidation and litigation support.
