Request for Extension of Voluntary Suspension

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Directors of Volt Resources Limited (ASX: VRC) request the voluntary suspension in the securities of the Company pending release of an announcement regarding a potential acquisition be extended until no later than open of trading on Thursday, 4 February 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
