Request for Voluntary Suspension

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Directors of Volt Resources Limited (ASX: VRC) request a voluntary suspension in the securities of the Company pending release of an announcement regarding the completion of the acquisition of a 70% interest in the Ukraine graphite business.

This Voluntary Suspension will be in place no later than open of trading on Monday, 21 June 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
