Request for Extension of Voluntary Suspension

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Directors of Volt Resources Limited (ASX: VRC) request an extension to the voluntary suspension in the securities of the Company pending release of an announcement regarding the completion of the acquisition of a 70% interest in the Ukraine graphite business.

The Voluntary Suspension will be in place no later than open of trading on Monday, 5 July 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
