RESULTS OF RESOLUTIONS PUT TO THE GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY HELD 29 MARCH 2016
The Meeting of shareholders of Mozambi Resources Limited was held at Radisson Hotel and Suites Sydney, Market & Star Room , 1[st] Floor, 72 Liverpool Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 11.00 am (AEDT) today.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act, details of the resolutions and proxies received for the meeting held today are set out in the proxy summary below.
All resolutions were passed by the requisite majority on a show of hands.
