Extension of Closing Date - Non-Renouncement Pro-Rata Rights Issue

Mozambi Resources Limited (ASX: MOZ) (“ Mozambi ” or “the Company ”) advises that it will be extending the closing date for the acceptance of applications for the 1 for 4 pro rata non-renounceable Rights Issue announced on 24 June 2015.

The closing date for the Entitlement Offer is now 5.00pm (AEST), 28 July 2015.

The extension of the closing date, originally falling on 14 July 2015, has been made to allow eligible shareholders additional time to consider participation in the Offer.

The revised timetable for the remaining dates is set out below:
