ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

TRADING HALT REQUEST

Mozambi Resources Limited (“MOZ”) (ASX: MOZ) hereby requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX, pending an announcement regarding the completion and execution of the option over the Tanzanian graphite tenements.

MOZ requests that the trading halt take immediate effect and continue until the release of the r elevant announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading Tuesday, 25 August 2015.

MOZ is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

MOZ is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
