RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

A General Meeting of Mozambi Coal Ltd was held on Thursday 28[th] April 2011 at The Park Business Centre, 45 Ventnor Avenue, West Perth, at 11am (WST).

The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of General Meeting previously released to the ASX and mailed to shareholders.
