RITRACT LIMITED - STATUS UPDATE
Licensing of IP
We have recently begun discussions with another British company regarding the rights to our syringe technology. This company is currently enjoying success supplying a manually operated device to the NHS and wishes to expand its offering to include an auto-retractable device. We have signed a nondisclosure agreement and have provided proprietary information on the design and manufacture of our products for their evaluation. They have indicated a desire to move quickly with a deal and we will keep shareholders apprised of any news on this front.
Recapitalization
Ritract currently has several options for recapitalizing and moving forward, however these options are still in the process of being evaluated. Shareholders will be updated on these plans when the evaluation has been completed; we expect this to be within the next four weeks.
