As announced on 19 November 2013, the company has acquired 100% interests in two coal tenements in Queensland. At the date of this report, title transfer has not been completed but is anticipated in the current quarter.

As announced on 19 November 2013, the company has entered into a Heads of Agreement with Blackall Capital Pty Ltd (“Blackall”) which if successfully completed will result in the acquisition of Blackall and its interests in these tenements and tenement applications.
