TRADING HALT

The securities of Volt Power Group Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 7 December 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Volt Power Group Limited (VPR) Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Volt Power Group Limited (ASX:VPR) requests a trading halt in the Company’s ordinary shares, effective immediately, pending an announcement by the Company in relation to an acquisition and capital raising.

The Company requests the halt to be in place until the commencement of normal trading on 7 December 2017 or upon an announcement in relation to the acquisition and capital raising.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
