Volt Power Group Limited (VPR) Request for Voluntary Suspension

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Volt Power Group Limited (ASX:VPR) ( Company ) requests a voluntary suspension in the Company’s ordinary shares, from the commencement of trading on 7 December 2017.

The Company:

1. is finalising matters in relation to an acquisition and capital raising ( Transactions ), which are the subject of the current trading halt, and requires further time for them to be completed;

2. requests that the voluntary suspension end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 14 December 2017, or upon an announcement in relation to the Transactions being released to the ASX; and

3. is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
