Volt Power Group Limited (VPR) Request for Extension to Voluntary Suspension

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Volt Power Group Limited (ASX:VPR) ( Company ) requests an extension to its voluntary suspension in the Company’s ordinary shares, from the commencement of trading on 14 December 2017.

The Company:

1. is finalising matters in relation to an acquisition and capital raising, the subject of the original trading halt and voluntary suspension, as well as a second acquisition ( Transactions ) and requires further time for them to be completed;

2. requests that the voluntary suspension end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 18 December 2017, or upon an announcement in relation to the Transactions being released to the ASX; and

3. is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
