ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

7 March 2016

COLLABORATION AGREEMENT WITH YOKOGAWA AUSTRALIA

Enerji Limited (ASX:ERJ)(‘Enerji’ or the ‘Company’) advises it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Yokogawa Australia Pty Ltd (‘Yokogawa’), the Australian subsidiary of Yokogawa Electric, a large electrical engineering and software company based in Tokyo, Japan.

Under the terms of the MOU, Enerji and Yokogawa will work collaboratively to assess opportunities to develop innovative energy projects. Both parties recognise they have complimentary expertise in different areas, and agree to work together on a non-exclusive basis to secure and deliver suitable project opportunities which will focus on further development of Enerji’s Accretive Thermal Energy Node (ATEN) technology as well as new opportunities within the renewable energy sector.

Yokogawa Electric is listed on the Tokyo stock exchange, and is currently active in 56 countries with a workforce of more than 19,000 employees. Its primary business is focused on the development and production of industrial automation and control systems for use in a broad range of industrial applications.

Enerji’s Chief Executive Office, Andrew Vlahov commented: “Enerji is very pleased to collaborate with Yokogawa Australia to pursue opportunities in both heat to power and other renewable energy solutions. Yokogawa Australia is a global brand that has completed a significant number of successful energy projects in Australia and internationally, and Enerji believes the two parties have closely aligned strategies to create innovative and environmentally friendly projects”

Yokogawa Australia Chief Executive Officer, Russell Palmer added: “ Yokogawa has been supplying measurement, control and management solutions into the Power generation industry for many years and is pleased to have been selected as one of Enerji’s technology partners. Yokogawa Australia is a globally recognized Power solutions center of excellence and we look forward to co-innovating with Enerji on sustainable solutions within the renewable energy sector”

The addition of Yokogawa to Enerji’s growing group of international partners, represents the strong interest in the Company’s existing ATEN technology as well as validating it’s commitment to becoming a leader in innovative solutions within the renewable power generation sector. This MOU follows a similar agreement with SNC-Lavalin Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of SNC-Lavalin, one of the world’s leading engineering and construction groups (announced to the ASX on 22 October 2015).
