Repayment of Director Loans

Enerji Ltd (ASX:ERJ) (“Enerji” or the “Company”) advises that it has repaid the director loans to Mr Rod Phillips and Mr John Dekker of $50k each. The repayment follows the receipt of USD400k in loan funds from Magna Equities II.

The director loans were provided in November 2015 to provide flexibility for the Company to progress certain funding initiatives.
